Miss Nicole Christoff, PhD, is with the Faculty of Telecommunications at the Technical University of Sofia (TU-Sofia), Bulgaria. She won a French Government scholarship and finished her PhD conjointly between the TU-Sofia and the Aix-Marseille University, France. Currently, her research interests are Computer Vision, Machine Learning, Geometrical Modeling, Pattern Recognition, Neural Networks. Miss Christoff has participated in several scientific projects – both national and international, while being a PhD student. She was working in INP, GIPSA-LAB, Grenoble (France) for her master degree thesis, concerning recognition of human facial emotions. With this work, she became Laureate of the French Government in the category “Master’s thesis” written and defended in French in Bulgaria.
