Resource self-configuration and management in ultra-dense networks with user centric wireless access
This 3-year project (2018-2021) is а fundamental research project funded by the “Scientific Research Fund of the Bulgarian Ministry of Research and Education”. The objective of the project is the development and testing of fundamentally new methods and algorithms for proactive and effective Resource Self-Configuration and Management (RSCM) in Ultra-Dense Networks (UDN) with User Centric Wireless Access (UCWA) based on innovative approaches for user behaviour modelling, dynamic mobility management and resource virtualization, combined with advanced Interference Management (IM), novel transmission techniques and user-centric security, for the goal of ensuring the basic operating principle of a future cell-less network following and dynamically serving the user with unlimited throughput, ubiquitous and seamless connectivity.
