Self-coordinating and Adaptive Wireless Cyber Physical Systems with Human in the Loop

Self-coordinating and Adaptive Wireless Cyber Physical Systems with Human in the Loop

This 3-year project (2017-2019) is а fundamental research project funded by the “Scientific Research Fund of the Bulgarian Ministry of Research and Education”. The objective of the project is the development and testing of effective methods and algorithms for processing and analysis of signals and multi-dimensional heterogeneous data, evaluating behavior and the human impact, combined with new approaches to provide network connectivity and security to ensure high performance and efficiency of cyber-physical systems (CPS) with human in the loop. Some of the goals of the project include: the creation of a framework of methods for processing heterogeneous and noisy data for treating different layers of information abstraction in CPS; creation of theoretical models of rapid and accurate detection of extreme events for early warning; development of a combined method of automatic analysis of the behavior of individuals; develop methods for the realization of self-coordination functions in CPS based on predictive models and artificial intelligence; etc.
